The Begining of all


The joy in our lives is very important that, until today, has been replaced by different emotions or attitudes, which many times lead us away from our most important way: that of happiness.

The small details of our lives that are full of magic and light which we prefer to ignore-are so important to our way, as is the fact of being alive.

A sincere the person smile that passes us or hug full of love for our family, friends or strangers, are among the "small" details that life gives us to gladden our hearts and the hearts of others .

We need to recognize that happy being and therefore surround ourselves with the energy of that joy, which is transformed into happiness, is the way for our life and that of all people on this planet change to a state of happiness .

In that state of sadness and pain they lose all strength, helping with our attitude and way to bring life to fulfill our mission as universal beings, the beautiful mission of being and happy.

Recuerde que la conexión mente-cuerpo que estábamos hablando? Pues bien, resulta que el simple acto de sonreír envía un mensaje al cerebro de que eres feliz. Y cuando estás feliz, tu cuerpo bombea todo tipo de endorfinas para sentirse bien. Esta reacción se ha estudiado desde los años 1980 y se ha demostrado una serie de veces. En 1984, un artículo en la revista Science demostró que cuando las personas imitan diferentes expresiones emocionales, sus cuerpos producen cambios fisiológicos que reflejan la emoción, también, como los cambios en el ritmo cardíaco y la respiración. Otro estudio realizado en Alemania encontró que la gente se sentía feliz sólo por la celebración de una pequeña pluma apretada en sus dientes, imitando una sonrisa.

Sólo recuerda que la investigación va en ambos sentidos. Cuando las personas en el primer estudio el ceño, se sentían menos feliz, y en el estudio alemán, las personas que llevan a cabo una pluma en sus labios protuberantes, imitando un puchero, fieltro infeliz. Así que la próxima vez que se sienta triste o molesto, intente sonriendo. Sólo podría hacer que su cuerpo y por lo tanto usted sensación mejor.
